Mirror Wills — £99
Mirror Wills are two separate Last Wills and Testaments — one for each person. They are for people who want their Wills to reflect broadly the same wishes.
Although they may contain similar or corresponding instructions, each Will is a separate legal document belonging to the individual making it. Each person must therefore check, sign and have their own Will witnessed correctly in accordance with the signing instructions provided. One person’s signature does not make the other person’s Will valid.
Mirror Wills are not necessarily identical in every respect. Each person has their own Will and their own wishes. The service is intended for couples or other pairs where the overall arrangements are substantially similar.
